Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if any) must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Custom-made or special-order items.

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale.

  • Electrical items that have been tampered with or opened (e.g., sealed circuit boards).

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request images/videos of the product to assess the issue before approving a return or replacement.

Return Process

  • 1. Contact our support team via email or phone to initiate a return.

  • 2. Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.

  • 3. Ship the item back securely. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

  • 4. Refund or Exchange Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified via email once the process is complete.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund Confirmation Notification Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund details. If you do not see the amount reflected in your account after 10 business days, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product category if stock is available.

  • Price differences (if any) must be settled before dispatch.
